Good day luka009, This is something Standard issue. You might reach out to Microsoft regarding this issue. The reason behind this issue that Revision Id has populated in the Budget Revision Inquiry and Analysis screen but the PV Lookup in the Revision Id field does not get the value in Budget Revision Inquiry screen. That's why we're getting System Message 9 "Item not found" error. This issue is not happening when you're trying to open this screen directly from Dynamics SL. this happens only when you're coming through Budget Revision Maintenance screen. I think the issue is something related to PV Procedure & PV Lookup on the Revision Id. I would suggest you to raise a Bug request to Microsoft for this issue. Microsoft definitely solve this issue.
