Bill, This is normally a straight forward process but 2011 to 2015 does have some changes. We located in New Orleans but have done numerous upgrades remotely and can offer support as needed through the process. The main concerns would be custom screens and custom reports as some table structures have changed. Since you are moving to a new server, you will have the screen customizations to compare and possibly redo if some of the real estate on the screen has changed in the layout.
