Wang, Thank you for posting your issue on the forum. I am sorry it took so long to reply. I was able to pass this over to our developers and they replied with the following: Access violation is frequently due to a buffer mismatch, as in not using the correct buffer for something. I know when the buffer size is not the same size, it will go into memory and display these sorts of errors. Since this is a SWIMAPI function and automatically built in, this looks to be a limitation.
