SL 2015 CU2 running in TS environment. Office 2013, Exchange 2010. We have a new employee who recently transferred from another outpost and has been set up in SL. However, communicator to mail messages are failing to be emailed. I receive "Error: unknown email recipient, first.last (his email alias). Poked around here, and cannot find anything, he is the only user that is having this issue. I checked, his email address is spelled correctly in user maintenance. any ideas?
