Hi I have a scenario where I have two bins set up for one site. I have quantities available in both bins, for example in bin 1, I have 20 quantities and in bin 2, I have 40 quantities for an item. On doing on a sale, I am selling 10 quantities for the item. In the shippers screen I am seeing an asterisk * in the warehouse bin location column and when I click on the line item and then click on the bin/lot button, I am seeing where the system is taking 10 quantities from bin 1 and 10 quantities from bin 2. My question is, what will cause the system to take quantities from two or more bins and how to prevent this from occurring? I am seeing "splitting lots" on the line item checked, but that seems to be checked by default and I cannot uncheck it. By the way, the items are not defined as lot/serial. Any suggestions/responses will be appreciated.
