Forum Post: Transaction import stopping with no errors

We have a transaction import which is regularly stopping and returning the user to the SL menu screen. The TI log file does not detail any errors, therefore we are not sure of the cause. This has started happening since we upgraded from SL7 to SL2015 CU2. Has anyone else experienced this and identified the cause or at least enabled the TI log file to report the error it has encountered.
