Sharon, I agree with Ayrin that you need to define what you are looking for but I am going to assume you are looking for a report that shows the Vendor Status. This is easy to do with quick query. Open QQ Vendor Details. By default this does not list status. You can add columns by right clicking on the header of any column and select Choose Columns. Scroll down the list in the left column, find Status, and click Add which will move it into the right column. Do this for any other fields you might be interested in. You can also use Move Up and Move Down to reorder the columns. When you click OK the view will refresh and you will have a Vendor Status report of your own design. At this point you can click the Excel Icon. If you choose "Copy To Table" this will create a static excel sheet which is OK but if you choose Query Table something very cool happens and you get a spreadsheet linked to the DB which when refreshed will provide you live data straight out of the DB.
